Hospital Care

We know how difficult it is to leave your furry friends when they’re unwell.

At East Malvern Vet clinic, we do our best to make any hospital stays as comfortable as possible.

Our hospital is air conditioned for summer and heated for winter.   All in-patients have a fluffy bed to keep them comfortable and are fed premium Hill’s food.

We use FELIWAY® in cat’s cages and beds to comfort and reassure them.

Pets are constantly assessed for comfort and pain levels, and analgesia is provided as required.

We will be in regular contact with you (usually at least twice a day), to update you on your pet’s condition.

If we feel that your pet’s condition requires overnight intensive care, we recommend AEC Moorabbin for overnight care.
